The I Ching, the venerable and ancient magnum opus of Chinese wisdom, still relevant and timeless, consists of 64 hexagrams, each with 6 lines, which correspond to the archetypes of the human condition,
and which describe the cycle of transformation that underlies all existence.
The cast-reading presents a hexagram as an answer and thus reflects our position in the cycle of perpetual change.
But more than just an answer to our questions, the I Ching is a valuable aid for deepening our understanding and awareness, globally, on any subject.
In the session, thanks to this ancient art of divination and enlightenment, we explore and allow the oracle's message to emerge.

A radical idea: being guided is as simple as breathing.
Guidance is part of the human experience; receiving it is natural for us, like dreaming, or like being in a relationship.
This doesn't mean it's easy. But it does mean it's not supposed to be difficult, confusing, or frustrating.
Being in conversation with the spirit is our natural state. It's also normal and natural for this conversation to change our lives—
not just during special, dramatic events, but all the time and in ordinary ways,
simply because that's where we live: within a flow of change.
I say "as simple as breathing," but on reflection, I usually need to pay attention to breathe fully.
Receiving guidance is much the same: a natural capacity that we need to rediscover.
