SOUND & Frequency
Everything is vibration, including ourselves... from the smallest molecule to our planet and the universe itself.
And where there is vibration, there is SOUND.
Every atom, molecule, cell, gland, and organ of the human body absorbs and emits sound, and possesses a unique vibrational signature that reflects the quality of our physical, emotional, mental, psychic, etheric, and spiritual state.
The sonic vibrations of pure quartz crystal bowls act on these frequencies of our body-mind-spirit, bringing relaxation, rebalancing, and coherence to all the cells of our being, resulting in an exceptional etheric radiance.
Sound baths soothe and bring into resonance all the multi-dimensional levels of our being through high-frequency vibrations.
My journey with VIBRATIONS & SOUND:
Sound meditation (Nada Yoga) discovered in 1974, and harmonic chanting in 1995; sound baths & voyages with crystal alchemical bowls, since 2016. These are an essential part of my practice.
I've taken courses and various workshops (e.g., Gong with Brigitte Macé in France; Shamanic Sound with Rachel Webb, Maui; Supreme Sound with Simrit, Jonathon Goldman, etc.).
But above all, I have learned from the bowls themselves...through deep listening, I feel the penetrating effect of these bowls, of their vibrations, which immerse me in a space of subtle and all-encompassing consciousness and meditation.
Each month, around the Full Moon, I offered Sound baths & Voyages in Les Avants... an exceptional experience, to feel our vibrational essence and merge into a meditative state, using alchemical crystal bowls, crystal lyre, Koshi chimes, and other instruments.
Currently, I offer private sessions in Vevey, and group events in diverse places including Les Avants.
