YOGA & PRANA
Yoga is the cessation of all mental agitation; the word means Union or Unity - the integration of body, mind, breath and movement.
It includes, necessarily, asanas (postures), meditation and pranayama (respiration).
Yoga strengthens and harmonizes the physical, mental and emotional systems, and allows us to access the deeper, more subtle levels of our being, thus developing presence, clarity & serenity, and increasing awareness of our multi-dimensionality.
As a spiritual quest, yoga aims for moksha, the ultimate liberation from all illusion and conditioning, which allows for awakening to our true spiritual nature.
SOUND & Frequency
Everything is vibration, including ourselves... from the smallest molecule to our planet and the universe itself. And where there is vibration, there is SOUND.

ORACLE... of the Turtle
I-CHING: Venerable & ancient magnum opus of Chinese wisdom, the I Ching (Yi-Jing) or Book of Changes, still relevant and timeless, consists of 64 hexagrams, each with 6 lines, which correspond to the archetypes of the human condition, and which describe the cycle of transformation that underlines all existence. ​
When casting, we receive a hexagram in response, which reflects our position in the cycle of perpetual mutations and suggests a direction to us.
This ancient art of divination and enlightenment ​is a valuable aid for deepening our understanding and awareness, globally, on any subject.

​Visualisation and Divinatory cards: A process of reflection which expresses a range of archetypes that act as a mirror of our inner states and clarify the various aspects of a situation. These symbolic tools reveal the hidden side of our experiences and illuminate our motivations, our fears, our hopes, our potential.
